executive Phil Allan  CEO
Phil has been involved in the call centre industry for the past 12 years. During this time, he has designed and implemented call centres for many organisations throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Phil moved to PCI with the charter of developing the contact centre strategy. This initially commenced with 8 seats, and now boasts over 300 seats in the region. Phil has led the transformation of the PCI contact centres into the operation that it is today.
As CEO, Phil has developed PCI into one of Australia's premier outsourcing companies, creating relationships with many major Australian and Multi National organisations. The deliverables that PCI offer today cover the full gamut of solutions companies are seeking from a professional outsourcing services company.  Dean Langford   General Manager - Service Delivery
Dean joined PCI in 2006 after a 20 year career with the National Australia Bank managing many varied portfolios. In 2004 Dean took responsibility for the National’s Operations & Support team, accountable for the end to end operation of the bank’s branch network and head office computer platform covering more than 24,000 desktops in more than 1500 locations.
During Dean’s career he has gained extensive experience in Service Management, Quality Management and innovation including ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library), Six Sigma and ISO frameworks and has recently completed his Masters in Business Leadership with Charles Sturt University. I Believe that “Honesty, leadership and the desire to win is what sets successful organisations apart from the rest; and that’s why I chose to become a part of the PCI team.”
executive Rick Allan  General Manager - Sales
Rick began his sales career promoting advertising opportunities through the regional radio network. Identifying sustainable trends in advertising elevated his success. Rick then received an opportunity to move into a Senior Sales Executive position with Capital City Radio in Brisbane. From there, Rick accepted the role as General Manager, Property Development for the Hilldon Group, where his primary focus was property development in Queensland.
Since joining PCI as General Manager - Sales, Rick believes that providing clear leadership, the implementation of incentives and motivational techniques equalled with career progression, leads to overall success in terms of sales across a large sector of our organisation.  Rick has taken the attributes of a team focused on kicking goals, leading by a quote used to motivate him: "Lets have fun, but get the job done."
Andrew Fleming   General Manager - Technology
Andrew comes from a software development and call centre background spaning over 16 years.  He has consulted and built call centres throughout Australia and Asia-pacific region. He has also managed the development of call centre software across the same region along with Europe.   Since commencing with PCI, Andrew has worked his way up through the business to now oversee all day to day running’s of the IT&T infrastructure.
Andrew’s team focus is on the continual improvement of all aspects of technology, including network, telephony and systems development. “The true intelligence is in it’s simplicity.”
